Message	admit that you must be a complete moron to get caught speeding this way. How can one not notice the plane flying over head for 5 minutes while it tracks you between mile markers? "Hey Bart, you see that plane up overhead? Been there for two entire cigarettes now, think it's layin' pesticide?" Usually there are signs also that say "Speed enforced by airplane" or the like.
